Le compagnonnage est une technique d’horticulture consistant à associer, au sein de mêmes cultures, des plantes compagnes l’une de l’autre. Le terme est aussi associé à l’idée de solidarité au sein d’une même communauté, d’accompagnement pour mieux soutenir et favoriser le développement durable.
COMPAGNONNAGE
Favorise le ressourcement des artistes.
Favorise l’incubation de projets de recherche et de formation.
Favorise les rencontres artistiques intergénérationnelles.
Favorise le dialogue entre les pratiques émergentes et établies.
Favorise la transmission de savoir-faire.
Favorise le partage des ressources.
Met en place des cellules de création autonomes.
Soutient chaque cellule en fonction de ses besoins (temps de studio, embauche d’artistes et de collaborateurs, ressources administratives et support numérique).
Assure une rémunération à chaque personne impliquée dans chaque cellule.
Est un geste de solidarité et de bienveillance envers notre communauté.
