| The year 2024 was an opportunity to establish intercultural exchanges with artists from Morocco and Sardinia. These trips gave us the space we needed to create, and immersed us in different social and political realities. We experienced other creative contexts and approaches to dance. We have witnessed the visibility of the female body in the public space. These multiple experiences have enriched our practice and fuelled future projects.
In 2025, three new works will be launched. This summer, not one but two new iterations of Scénographies-Paysages will be anchored in the boreal forest, in two distinct regions of Quebec. Then in autumn, Danièle Desnoyers will present a new creation for the stage in Montreal, embodied by eight singular women. A choreographic work with a social scope, from which emerges a kind of resistance and a powerful underground vibration.

The year 2024 came to an invigorating close with the second installment of COMPAGNONNAGE 24. A team of nine artists, accompanied by Nancy Tobin, Anne Thériault and Danièle Desnoyers, engaged in reflection and research on sound.
This second part of COMPAGNONNAGE 24 is produced in collaboration with Agora de la danse and in partnership with the Caisse Desjardins de la Culture.
