Winter edition

With Jean-Benoit Labrecque, Claire Pearl, Danièle Desnoyers, Kimberley de Jong, Cheline Lacroix, Myriam Arseneault, Aurélie Figaro, Marie-Eve Quilicot, Châtelaine Côté-Rioux, Gabrielle Kachan, Ariane Levasseur, Camil Bellefleur, Zoé Delsalle, Chanel Cheiban, Fanny Bélanger-Poulin, and the photographer Luc Senécal.

This third edition of Compagnonnage is a continuation of the previous edition; to support the creation of a project related to the company’s repertoire, to support the research of an emerging artist and to weave new and original encounters.

For this winter edition, Danièle Desnoyers invites the artists Jean-Benoit Labrecque and Claire Pearl to develop their creative project with the support of Le Carré des Lombes. The choreographer, for her part, conceives a research and creation laboratory with eight performers brought together for the first time.

Companion planting is a horticultural technique that consists in associating, within the same crops, plants that are companions of each other. The term is also associated with the idea of solidarity within the same community, of accompaniment to better support and promote sustainable development.
