LES SCÉNOGRAPHIES-PAYSAGES IN THE OFFICIAL SELECTION

Conceived as open-air works of art, Les Scénographies-Paysages exploit the poetic and sensory potential of spaces—whether natural or architectural—and invite the public to rediscover dance in the heart of the places that surround us.
On the opening night of Parcours Danse, the artistic team of Carré des Lombes will take over the forecourt of the Alphonse-Desjardins Theater in Repentigny.

Eight performers, one collective breath: combining intense movement, feminine power, and a dialogue between Wagner and Ben Shemie’s electroacoustic compositions, Soulèvement reveals a powerful theatrical vortex where the multiplicity of bodies, their sensitivity, and their sensuality become an act of resistance.
