For the occasion, chef Olivier Perret (Renoir) has assembled a brigade of Montreal chefs who have culture at heart. Romain Valicon (Ritz-Carlton), Maxime Delmont, Florimond Hannoteau (Le Boulevardier) and Philippe Bretignière (Productions La Fayette) will be on hand to help you discover a delicious gastronomic landscape.
